“Everyone is part of the family at Muskegon Montessori of Environmental Change and when something happens to one of our family members we step in and try to help out in any way we can,” said Ali DuBois school principal at Muskegon Montessori of Environmental Change.

So, when Logan West’s bike got stolen, all the faculty pitched in to buy him a new one.

Logan was devastated when his bike got stolen. He says he encountered some older, bigger boys while he was riding on a playground near his home. He says that one showed a gun and took his bike.

“Our hearts sank when we found out what happened to him and how traumatized he must have been and how scary that was,” saidys Logan’s teacher, Nicole Hutson. “That night we got him a bike and he had it the next day.”
